• All bookings are subject to approval and will be confirmed via email.

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your session. The remaining balance must be paid before the session begins.

• Rescheduled sessions require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid losing your deposit.

• Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your session start time.

• Late Policy: A $2.00 per minute late fee will be charged for late arrivals after the scheduled start time. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time.

• Weather Conditions: If inclement weather occurs, sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• Arrival: Clients must arrive on time, as the studio is booked for specific time slots. Late arrivals may shorten your session duration without refund.

• Studio Use: Clients are responsible for keeping the space tidy. Any damages to equipment or props will be charged accordingly.

• Guests: Clients may bring up to five (5) guests to their session; however, guests must remain respectful and not disrupt the flow of the shoot. Disruptive behavior may result in the session being ended early without a refund. Additionally, recording certain parts of the session is not permitted to maintain the integrity of the creative process and ensure a smooth workflow.

• Rescheduling: Studio sessions can be rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice to avoid rescheduling fees.

• Overtime Policy: A fee of $2.00 per minute will apply if your session exceeds the scheduled time. After 15 minutes, the overtime fee will transition to a prorated rate based on your session package cost per minute. For example, if you booked the Classic Outdoor Package at $350, the prorated fee will be $5.84 per additional minute.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will result in full payment being forfeited.

• Last-minute reschedules (within 48 hours of the session) will incur a $50 rescheduling fee, as that time was exclusively reserved for you, preventing another client from booking that slot.

• In the event of an emergency, rescheduling options may be provided at our discretion.

If you need to make changes, let us know as soon as possible to avoid fees and keep things running smoothly!

• Image proofs will be sent within 1-3 business days following the session.

• Final retouched images will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days after the selection of proofs.

• Expedited delivery options are available for an additional fee.

• Proofs will be sent via the Image Selection Portal, where clients can choose their final edits.

• Proof images will be watermarked for quality control purposes; however, clients will have the option to purchase unwatermarked proofs for $50 once they receive their final images.

• Additional retouched images can be purchased separately.

• Raw or unedited images are not provided, as they do not reflect the final quality and standards of our work.

• While clients have the option to purchase unedited images, we highly encourage sharing only the final, professionally edited photos to best represent your milestone and our brand’s commitment to quality. Unedited proofs may not reflect the high standards we uphold in our work.

SobaGrad retains full copyright of all images. While clients are free to print their photos for personal use, we strongly recommend using our dedicated printing portal to ensure the highest quality, color accuracy, and professional finish. Our printing services guarantee premium materials and expert handling that third-party vendors may not provide.

Printing through third-party services is allowed; however, SobaGrad is not responsible for variations in color, quality, or cropping that may occur outside our system.
