FAQs

Got questions? We've got answers. Explore everything you need to know about booking, sessions, and beyond.

  • When is the best time to book my graduation photoshoot?

The best time to book depends on when you’re graduating—spring, summer, or fall. We always recommend booking sooner rather than later to secure your preferred location and avoid the rush, especially for campus shoots.

    • Spring graduates: If you're shooting in spring, we recommend booking your session in February or March, as opposed to April or May. This ensures better availability at popular locations and avoids the last-minute crowd.

    • Summer graduates: If you're shooting in summer, we recommend booking in May or early June rather than later in the season. This helps avoid the heat and ensures your session isn’t rushed before graduation deadlines.

    • Fall graduates: If you're shooting in fall, we suggest booking in September or October, rather than waiting until November or December when schedules fill up and weather conditions can be unpredictable.

Planning ahead guarantees the best experience, giving you more options and a stress-free session!

  • Standard turnaround is 5 to 10 business days, but if you need them faster:

    • 4-day priority delivery – $75

    • 2-day express delivery – $100

Select the option that works best for you at checkout, and we’ll handle the rest.

  • To get the best shots, here are a few tips to keep in mind:

    • Plan Your Outfits – Choose outfits that fit well and make you feel comfortable. Make sure everything is clean, wrinkle-free, and ready to go.

    • Bring the Essentials – Cap, gown, stole, diploma cover, and any meaningful props you want in your photos.

    • Grooming & Hair – Get haircuts or grooming done a few days before so everything looks natural. If wearing makeup, aim for a look that enhances your features without overdoing it.

    • Rest & Hydrate – A good night’s sleep and staying hydrated can make a big difference in how fresh you look in photos.

    • Arrive On Time – This ensures you have the full session time and aren’t rushed.

    • Practice Posing – If you’re unsure about poses, look up inspiration or practice in the mirror to see what feels natural.

Most importantly, relax—we’ll guide you through everything to make sure your photos turn out great!

  • All of our packages include high-resolution digital images, so you don’t have to order prints unless you want to. If you'd like professional prints, we offer a seamless ordering process where you can purchase them directly from your gallery.
